As a Technical Project Manager on the Analytics Team, I:
- managed and improved Kanban ceremonies
- maintained documentation around projects and data dictionaries
- organized Jira workflows and custom issue fields
- maintained Miro boards for various meetings with teams across the studio, distilling action items for follow up afterwards
- kept teams accountable on tasks with a focus on resolving communication obstacles: i.e. noticing when a protracted Slack conversation should be a quick call instead or when teams are misaligned on definitions of done or have overlooked information available elsewhere
