An Android app for Haemonetics’ blood bag and blood transfusion tracking software suite. Spec’d for use specifically on handheld computers with integrated barcode scanners.
As the Project Manager, I:
- protected team morale over the course of project with fluctuating external scope
- tracked project velocity and re-evaluated needs for 1 to 3 developers the upcoming next week
- communicated with internal stakeholders in the US, developers in New York, and developers in Hungary
- tracked and reconciled over 1000 tasks between external and internal documents to make sure that the app was robust across a plethora of use cases and configuration settings
